If you want to take control of and be responsible for your own health: mentally, emotionally and physically, and decide that you would like support along with some different ideas and alternatives then I am at your service.

I am committed to empowering others. Mental and physical health, comfort, functionality and appearance are my concerns. These are inherently related to total health.

I believe the body has the innate intelligence and ability to heal itself if given the right nutritional building blocks. We are what we eat and we are what we think.

During my 30 plus years of practice I've developed proven ways to change limiting or destructive beliefs and old thought patterns quickly and effectively.

My mission is to enhance the quality of life of those I serve.
